Check if intermediates from profile match installed intermediates

If the profile contains intermediate certificates, it may not be necessary to install those as the server is supposed to send those.

But if the intermediates that are already stored in the Intermediate Certificate Authorities store do not match the intermediates in the profile, meaning that they have the same common name but different issuer, the application should either warn the user or remedy the situation.
