Make test timeout configurable , "test_timeout" is not working, used it in env/default/java.properties #694

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Right now my Gauge Tests are running for infinite time, tried using test_timeout configuration by adding in in env/default/java.properties file but it is of no help. Do we have any workaround for this available for java project?

Want a way to listing the test run time and stop the test post it passes a certain time threshold

@AbhinawAnandPgg Perhaps you have found test_timeout option in the example of the following page.
https://docs.gauge.org/configuration.html?os=linux&language=javascript&ide=vscode#language-plugin-configurations

However, test_timeout option seems to be javascript specific option and not available in gauge-java.
(Or perhaps I cannot find the appropriate option for your usecase. I would like to know the option too)
