Fetch Fail errors on Clean Install on a webhost

I'm not familiar enough with webhosting to really understand what this is specifically saying or where to look to try and remedy the issue. Any pointers would be great. I don't want to put time into uploading my html and javascript pages to the server without knowing what this error is and how much it will effect the site.
