New plugin

Ciao,
I would like to add a new Pelican plugin.
It is called Static-Comments-Plus and can add comments features to a Pelican blog.

Ciao, actually in the meantime I have developed other plugins.
https://github.com/mpaglia0/Static-Comments-Plus - evolved version of Static Comment. Here you can use also ReST (not only Markdown)
https://github.com/mpaglia0/Lunr-search - very similar to Tipue Search but working with Lunr engine.
If you think these could be useful, you can add them to plugin repo

Both plugins are already integrated (and works out-of-the-box) in my theme Iudas
