Is it possible that your source map exceeds the upload size? Do you have any other reverse proxy in front of your self-hosted installation? Meaning there is something proxying your instance to port 9000?
If you can reproduce this again, please also give the docker logs: sudo docker compose logs --since 5m -t web
This issue has gone three weeks without activity. In another week, I will close it.
But! If you comment or otherwise update it, I will reset the clock, and if you remove the label Waiting for: Community, I will leave it alone ... forever!
