Add Performance Profiling / Instrumentation #2880
Description
Instrument sourcemap upload pipeline with detailed timing measurements, so we can find bottlenecks and gather data for benchmarking.
Add instrumentation for each major phase:
- File collection and discovery
- Sourcemap rewriting/flattening
- Bundle building
- Checksum computation
- Deduplication API call
- Chunk upload
- Server assembly polling
