Tool to add comments to Sentry issues

In my workflow with Clint and other AI agents, it would be often helpful to add comments to Sentry issues for example with references to code changes who may solve the issue or caused the issue. Any plans for such a tool or is there interest in a respective pull request?

I think the workflow makes total sense but I'm not sure we want to add the tool yet until the providers improve tool selection and limits. I could add it to update_issue but it would end up finicky and cause some other issues, and I'm trying to be thoughtful about the tool limits (which we have pegged at 45 right now, even if some allow more). Dont want Sentry to be >50% of the tools.

Right now I'm trying to see if I can remove some tools in our MCP in favor of more powerful tools (generally remote agents), and if we can pull off more of that I think we'll have some good opportunities to extend functionality.

I may experiment with seeing if we can tackle this via the update_issue approach, but it might require a bit of rethinking of how that tool works as well.
