Users can't add Dashboard Templates due to Transactions dataset deprecation #101259

Steps to Reproduce
Reported via ZD ticket: Attempting to add any of the built in dashboard templates (Frontend, Backend, or Mobile) fails with an error about the Transactions dataset deprecation. “The transactions dataset is being deprecated. Please use the spans dataset with the is_transaction: true filter instead.”
Expected Result
The dashboard template should be created successfully, using the Spans dataset automatically (with is_transaction:true applied as needed).
Actual Result
Template creation fails with the deprecation error, preventing users from adding default dashboards.
