Editing umbrel-bitcoin.conf does not affect changes?

It seems that if i manually edit umbrel-bitcoin.conf the setting get overrided somehow.
Not sure if it an error, but for example in GUI peer settings there is by default a disabled flag (Incoming Connections
listen | listenonion | i2pacceptincoming)
but inside umbrel-bitcoin.conf listen is set to 1.
Editing umbrel-bitcoin.conf and set listen=0 or other fields does not seems to affect node behaviour.
