RPC Work Queue Size Setting incorrectly lists threads

When setting the rpc work queue size, it lists the unit type as threads even though this is for the size of the queue. It also describes it as if your setting threads for part of the description "Higher values can improve processing speed at the cost of increased system resources."

Ideally we would have a setting for the queue size, and amount of processing threads.
