Training new models to be supported by ggml

My apologies if this is a bad question. I'm pretty new with much of the work here, so this may have an obvious answer in either direction. In particular, I would like to use this pytorch model with something that uses ggml. Is the model.bin file usable with ggml? Is there functionality to convert/retrain? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
