High usage of RAM

Hello, dear creator.
You claim in the description of this configuration that this environment starts with under 500MB of RAM usage. However, I have not been able to achieve this number. After installing the base of Arch Linux and then installing your dotfiles, the system was using just a bit less than 1.5GB of RAM. This number doesn't change much even after disabling picom, eww, and using ly (a lightweight display manager).
Do you have any idea why it is using so much memory on startup?

The more RAM you have, the more your system uses it. However, 1.5GB of startup time for an old-school x11 WM like bspwm is a lot, especially if you say you tried disabling Picom, etc.

You can start by figuring out what's using your RAM:

Open a terminal and paste these commands:

For processes:
ps -eo pid,comm,%mem --sort=-%mem | head

For services:
systemd-cgtop --order=memory
