Guzzle 3 has reached EOL

The guzzle package has been deprecated in favor of guzzlehttp. Will need to switch from guzzle/guzzle to going forward.

Several parts of Guzzle such as Collections have been removed for PSR-7. Moving to guzzlehttp 6.x looks to require a bunch of refactoring.
