How to replace spaces in filenames and save everything in lowercase?

my current output template:

webpages/{url-hostname-subdomains}%if-not-empty<{url-hostname-subdomains}|.>{url-hostname-root}-%if-empty<%replace<{page-title}| |_>|blank-title>.{date-locale}.html

…which saves to ~/Downloads/webpages/ on Linux.

The spaces are already replaced in my template, the documentation for reference:

%replace<value|search|replacement>: returns the value with all search values replaced by replacement (e.g. "%replace<{page-title}| |_>" to replace all spaces by underscores in the page title).

How to create a file-naming template which only uses lowercase alphabetical characters? I wasn't able to add in the variable:

%lowercase: returns the value in lowercase (e.g. "%lowercase<{page-title}>" to return the page title in lowercase).
