"Save selected links" should remove anchor suffix from url to remove duplicates

Describe the bug
If you use the "Save selected links" function, and links contain anchor suffix, then SingleFile won't detect duplicate links

To Reproduce
For example on this page:
https://daat.ac.il/daat/mahshevt/more/a1-2.htm
(it is in hebrew)„ if you select text, the links will include:
https://daat.ac.il/daat/mahshevt/more/a1-2.html#1
https://daat.ac.il/daat/mahshevt/more/a1-2.html#2

So in the "Batch save urls" screen, each link will be shown separately, but in fact it is only pointing to a single file, so there should only be a single entry.

Expected behavior
SingleFile should remove the trailing anchor part, in order to detect duplicates.
