Can you release these changes in the binding package?

I'm noticing this commit from last year: 24d6764 (the changes are on master) is not present in the latest v1.10.1 release: https://github.com/gin-gonic/gin/blob/v1.10.1/binding/form_mapping.go#L185-L219

Is there a plan to release these changes in a tagged version?
