Bootloop and memory error with version 4.2

Ive compiled with esp home builder 2 new .bin for both of my AC units.
But when i flash them with it they wont start anymore.
When I go back to version 4.0 its working perfectly.

Can you share your yaml, build log and airco version of both the 4.0 and v4.2 build?
