Restarting after power loss only recalls the temperature

I've had some power outages, and I noticed that the temperature is what it was before the outage, but the vanes up/down left/right, fan speed are all reset to some "defaults" rather than what it was before shutting down.

When cola booting the esp, it has no way of knowing the fan speeds and states untill they are updated. This is probably why somebody decided to put some defaults in. I don't know how to best fix this and if it is even possible. If someone has suggestions please share them

Well, i didn't have power outages but i also on 2 different systems (my work and at home) that since 2 ish days the units go to vanes swing in both directions and at home i cant control left and right anymore. Not sure if this is EspHome or HomeAssistant..

Vanes left right / up down can be related to frame size, check other issues or the readme. If that's not the case, please paste some logs so we can dive in
