Plugin not available in the marketplace

When trying to install the awesome-copilot plugin, as instructed [here](https://github.com/github/awesome-copilot/blob/main/plugins/awesome-copilot/README.md#installation), an error saying the plugin doesn't exist in the marketplace is returned.
