Adding <!-- vim: set filetype=markdown: --> should enable support for GitHub Rich diff in Pull Request

Adding <!-- vim: set filetype=markdown: --> to the top of a file should enable GitHub's full Markdown rendering for the given file. Including adding support for the rich differ that is enabled for Markdown files.

Current Behaviour

No rich diff option is offered on files with this header.
