Editor Launchpad state does not sync properly when connecting/disconnecting integrations

In my case, I was connecting/disconnect integrations while in Start Work flow (was toggling Jira).

Editor Launchpad would get into weird states, stop showing PRs, or be late to update, and a refresh of the view was required for it to correct itself.
