Modify Home View welcome message

Update the welcome message that users see when they open the Home View for the first time.

• Update the heading to: "Welcome to the GitLens Home View"
• Update the message to: "Focus, prioritize, and take action on your current work, what’s next, and what you’ve recently worked on."
• Add a "Learn more" link that goes to https://help.gitkraken.com/gitlens/home-view/
• remove the "Revert to old Home View" button
