Calendarweeks and posts with Setup - Germany are not right and correct displayed

Hello,
the Calenderweeks in Setup Speech Germany are not right and the post are not displayed right in the three Calendar Views when you change from English to German and return.
The Screensohht Week is finished. It's start with 30.6 not with 23.6. Wrong Display and one Weak earlier i do not see my posts.
I have set up in doocker-compose.yml TZ: Europe/Berlin

You have to set your docker-compose to UTC.

Works in v1.57.0

Today and the week calendar in Germany is wrong. It's the 03.06 now and it is thuesday (Version v1.60.1)
After i press the today Button i must do a browser refresh because the Events are not displayed.
