It is annotated with 0 humans but there is one in the middle of the image.

is there a place, where labelling issues are discussed? I am thinking of running cleanlab at some point to possibly find other issues.

I would run object detection on the data to find the issues. See for instance cleanlab tutorial on finding detection issues and paper ObjectLab: Automated Diagnosis of Mislabeled Images in Object Detection Data
