I don't really know how this works, but I know websites like https://tldr.inbrowser.app/ have a way to "install" the webapp on let's say Android and then use it offline.
It would be incredibly useful to have the Gleam playground available offline, as I could then prototype some idea while on a bus, for instance, without internet even.
I know that even now, if you don't refresh the website after your internet connection drops, you can still write stuff in the playground and it just compiles, so perhaps this wouldn't be too unrealistic to consider.
