As Bradley noted when updating examples

in flow.gmx-lysozyme:

Fatal Error
Cannot find position restraint file restraint.gro (option -r).

in flow.gmx-mtools

Failing due to use of Berendsen thermostat/barostat, which raises fatal warnings
