Add rails as possible matching points

(feature request) If you try to match a track (partly) done by train, the plugin does not match the rails but tries to match with nearby streets by any means possible.

eg. this train ride of which the matcher always matches the streets around it

Thank you for your feedback. The network used by the plugin is derived by considering the highway tag. On the other hand, it might be interesting to include the option to search within the railway network, potentially making this choice configurable.

thats exactly what I was thinking: also important might be the possibility to choose between:

• only car (highway)
• only train (railway)
• both (highway and railway)

since some tracks may be done by Train and any other means of transport (on foot, bike, car, or even bus)
