Volume window always on top

If I have 2 windows open in Glue, the volume window is always on top, even if I click on the other one:

This is fundamentally a Qt/OpenGL issue related to MDI areas. The only solution is to offer more constrained layouts as mentioned in glue-viz/glue-qt#40.
