How do people track / index / copy / find content from email?

A question/discussion for the community related to email / FSNotes methodologies or integrations.

I see that Evernote has a feature to forward an email to the app via a custom email address - https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/209005347-Save-emails-into-Evernote

And I've seen that there is a "Add Selection as Markdown to FSNotes" feature list in the FSNotes wiki.

I'm curious if anyone has good solutions or methods for essentially being able to find content from email inside FSNotes.

The goal could be to have one place to find everything important, without too much work. I'm open to all ideas, anything from methods to copy email content into FSNotes or even just tagging systems for email (perhaps just finding the tag name in a FSNote note and then searching email).
