2.4.0 chrashes with this included, reproducable:

->[![][NB]][NB]<-

FSNotes has the greatest potential to become my favorite MD program for macOS. But it still crashes here and there and doesn't support Markdown tables.

Thanks for the markdown to reproduce.

With regards to table, help is needed on the Down project which is what FSNotes uses to render Markdown, see here: #267 (comment) as well as the link at the bottom of that comment.
