I want there to be a feature to jump to the next NON-EMPTY workspace

Often, I see a situation where I'm on Workspace 7 and want to go to Workspace 9.

Sure, I can manually input the key to go there, but it just itches me that I can't just do like.... focus --next-active-workspace or something and skip over all deactivated ones when they've already been hidden by the keep_alive
