[Feature Request] winget "--scope user" version update #1192

Describe the problem/motivation
Installing via winget with "--scope user" would install version 2.1.1.
Version diferences:
winget install glzr-io.glazewm -> 3.9.1
winget install glzr-io.glazewm --scope user -> 2.1.1
Describe the solution you'd like
Would it be possible to update glazewm version in winget to latest one? Even of cost of some functionality loss as admin window managment?
I would love to have most recent version of glaze wm on my work station, but can only install it via user scope, dont have admin priviliges...
For users without admin priviliges.
