Massive degradation in performance with large license file in 4.3.1 which resolves on downgrading to 4.3.0

We are noticing massive performance degradation (seconds to close to an hour) in license detection when we upgrade the library to 4.3.1 but that gets resolved when we downgrade to 4.3.0.

The issue looks similar to #31 but that was raised before 4.3.1 was even released. So this might be a different issue altogether.

I cannot share the license file here so will debug and share my observation afterwards.
