Feature Description

Do you know what the next steps in adding Irish/Gaeilge to Gitea? It is already translated and proofread (100%)

The scripts will pull the translated content and push it to the project automatically, you don't do anything.
But a problem is this will only apply to the develop branch, so the stable branch will not be applied because the translation keys may be different.

Thank you for the update! I’m happy to see Irish/Gaeilge added to Gitea.

Could you clarify a couple of points about the branches? Specifically:

  1. If the translation keys in the stable branch differ from the develop branch, would additional work be required to align them?
  2. Are there any specific steps needed to ensure the translations are correctly applied to both branches, or will the platform handle this automatically?

If there’s anything specific I need to do to assist with the process, please let me know. I’m eager to help ensure the Irish translations are fully integrated.

The translations will only be synced to the main branch automatically. The main branch is the development branch. If we want to fix stable branch translations problem, we have to send pull request to fix them.

I forgot about the language picker, there is one line of code missing. Thank you for your help!

I made the PR:-
