目前微信侧要求部分商户号的验证方式从平台证书切换成微信支付公钥（DDL为2025.4.30），而目前SDK中V3接口的验签、加密方式都还是平台证书方式

我看了一下微信自己的sdk，也没有支持微信支付公钥吧，有机会再研究吧

微信自己的sdk已经支持了，v0.2.20
wechatpay-apiv3/wechatpay-go#226
