list-all output order

Description

Output the tasks when using the task --list-all command in the order that they are presented in the Taskfile.

This would allow you to craft descriptions that can tell a story, so to speak. For instance, "This task undos the effects of the previous task, Task N"

Just for clarification, this feature already exists by using the --sort flag with a value of none. This is something we could also add to an env var or config down the line, but as @andreynering said, this would be covered by #2091.
