DB Fail after Update fom v2.2.4 to v2.3.4

Hi,
since harbor v1.9.x I've updated to the next sable release without problems.
I use the offline Update.
But after the update from v2.2.4 to v2.3.4 I have connection Problems to the PG DB.

Any idear how I can fix it?

I've the same problem with Update from v2.2.4 to v2.4.0.
It seems, that all versions above v2.2.4 have the same bug.
