[login] can't login after install

hi everyone,
I installed Harbor using Docker, and tried to log in with the default username and password from the harbor.yml file, which are admin and Harbor12345. However, I couldn't log in, as shown in the screenshot. I also tried resetting the password by accessing the harbor-db, but it had no effect. How should I resolve this?

Additional information: I installed it using the following command.

$ wget https://github.com/goharbor/harbor/releases/download/v2.13.0/harbor-offline-installer-v2.13.0.tgz
$ tar xvf harbor-offline-installer-v2.13.0.tgz
$ cd harbor
$ cp harbor.yml.tmpl harbor.yml
$ vim harbor.yml
$ sudo ./install.sh
