Different quota used on two mirror instances

Hi, I have two Harbor instances running the same version (v2.13.1-9384ed0e which is also the latest at the time of writing). One acts as the main registry, and the other is a replica using a pull-based replication rule.
All projects and artifacts are replicated successfully — I double-checked and they match — but the quota usage numbers shown in the UI are different as you can see from the two screenshots. The replica shows much higher storage usage, even though it has all the same data of the main instance.

Do you run scheduled replications. If yes, it might be due to duplicate replications

yes i have just one scheduled pull-based replication on the mirror instance that runs every day in order to perform a full sync between the main instance and the mirror. so am I doing it wrong?

This is a known issue in Harbor where overlapping replications create overlapping/improper artifacts.

Fix: run gc to relieve the storage and to remove the improper artifacts.

and do have a look at #21347. This might solve the issue.

I tried running GC on both instances but nothing has changed. But I also think that if what you are describing is true it means that the system for quotas is broken and so it is not reliable, right?
