[2.14.0] New Registry Endpoint -> Provider List empty #22467
Description
After Upgrading from 2.13.2 to 2.14.0 its not possible to add new Repositories. I want to add a new repository endpoint but the provider dropdown menu is empty. I updated staging and prod instance, same problem:

Expected behavior and actual behavior:
coming from 2.13.2 i expect a List of providers as statet in the manual.
Steps to reproduce the problem:
update to 2.14.0 -> adding repositories not possible anymore
