Playlist Restore Backup Failure

I was trying to solve an issue where my Musify wouldn't operate on my phones mobile data, which led to me Uninstalling and reinstalling. (As I've done in the past)

When going to restore User data, I can see all my playlists. But nothing loads once selected. I can still play my liked songs luckily.

I've tried to troubleshoot it by uninstalling and reinstalling a previous version, incase it was an update issue and it still won't open my playlists. 😭

Thought maybe if I re backup'd my user data maybe I could get it to work, but got his error instead.

I think my files are corrupted maybe? Anyone experience this and know the best way to fix it?

@LizabeeArts Hi, to confirm: what do you mean by nothing loads when selected?

about backup issue, I'm checking and it's working in my case. can you check if you gave the app all permissions? Also what's your device Android version?

Managed to get a quick video of the issue I'm experiencing.
It's a never ending spinning wheel.

App shows that no permissions are required, So I assume it is allowed.

There's nothing in the app logs right? (except the one you showed me above)

To find out what's the exact problem you can try this:

• backup your data
• uninstall current version
• download and install this one: https://github.com/gokadzev/Musify/releases/download/master/Musify.apk
• make sure you gave the app all permissions
• open the app and restore your data
• go to Musify settings page and click to copy logs

then paste it here
