The Debian container image for Golang has many CVEs that go regularly unpatched.

Describe the solution you'd like

To rely on a stable release that addresses CVEs.

Describe alternatives you've considered

  • Publish additional container images (eg: alpine)

Tooling we depend on:

  • A working Go binary
