Solving Hearts with Deep CFR

Hello! I've been working on a solution for Hearts (the card game) using a simplified version of Deep Counterfactual Regret Minimization. I didn't use Open Spiel, but I thought that people in this community might be interested. The resulting model seems to be significantly better that other Hearts AI's that I'm aware of, but is not yet at the expert level. Does anyone know of a Hearts AI that is even better?
