Add support for rounded corners in Scalable UI

This likely does not need any code changes and is a ticket to track the exploration of this feature. To achieve rounded corners, we can probably just specify the rounded corners on the "main" node of each variant, and the Scalable UI DCF parsing code needs to be updated to read the rounded corner data.
