I see that in _src code prng.py script, there is a function that asserts pseudo random generator key data dtype to be either uint32 or float0 here. Why is that needed?
Now, I do understand the reasoning for it being uint32 instead of int32. But, I could not follow why it can't be uint64? Can you please help me understand that? Thanks a lot. Appreciate the support.
