Update deprecated packages and other debian warnings

I: perfetto source: uses-deprecated-python-stdlib distutils (deprecated in Python 3.10, removed in Python 3.12) [python/setup.py:1]

Not immediately, but we should move away from going to be deprecated modules.

And, there are some best code practices (pickiest) but still we can consider to follow:
