release 2025-06-26b is deleted; use 2025-07-17

There were irreconcilable problems with that tag and it has been deleted (see #550). Apologies for breaking uses by Bazel. Please update to 2025-07-17.

Oh, I see that you fixed it in the Bazel side. That's good for this time. I'll get it right next time.

Well the bazel central registry fails CI when I edit the MODULE.bazel on their side and it doesn't match the contents of the release... So you may need another release, or else I need to express this change as a BCR patch.

Just pushed tag 2025-07-22, which I hope has all the internal version numbers fixed. The release downloads should appear once the github action finishes.
