vertexai: any plan to support the session storage API? #13340

We want to use Vertex AI session storage in adk-go, but it seems those APIs are not yet supported.

Support the session APIs in this repository: https://docs.cloud.google.com/agent-builder/agent-engine/sessions/manage-sessions-adk
Additional context
I would also be happy to submit a PR if it's welcomed.
