Subscripts in .ttf

Hello, in .ttfs downloaded from Google Fonts, there are Unicode superscripts (Ca²⁺), but the subscripts are missing (H₂SO₄). I think it would be nice to include them, as it should be possible just to "transpose" the superscripts.

I am not completely sure, but I think that Android contains both sub- and superscripts.

I can't believe that a font as widespread and heavily used as Roboto has no subscripts ...
