Reenable previous version tests

See #1192 (comment), since we test against the .8 image without the support for the new arguments, the tests won't work, so once we've bumped the previous image up to a version that does we should reenable the tests so they catch regressions again.

When re-enabling we should change those tests so that we have separate arguments for newer and older images so that we don't have to disable and re-enable in the future.
